Unique Flooring

He responded very quickly when we called him. He also picked the
flooring and plywood at the vendors for us. He arrived at our house the
day and time promised. Did a wonderful job of installing the floor.
He cleaned up after themselves and were very professional in all
actions. We will definately use his expertise again and are happy to
recommend him.

They're absolutely fabulous. They're the best. The price was phenomenally less than anybody else. When they said they would be here, they were here and they were never late. All we had to do was purchase the materials. They went and picked it up and brought it here. Anything else that was needed like the padding, the quarter round nails, they purchased themselves and then just charged it to us. They kept receipts on every little things that they bought to give us in our invoice at the end of the whole deal. They moved every bit of furniture out when they needed, out of each room as they did the flooring and then moved it back so that we work totally in convenient like some people will come in. They just went room by room and even in one room, they would just move the furniture halfway over and do half the room then move it halfway back and do the other half. They did the work in a manner that made it as less inconvenient as possible. They did an excellent job in a very little amount of time. Sometimes they stayed until 6 or 7:00 in the evening after getting there at 8:30 every morning. They would stay late if they felt like they could finish a certain amount of work and get it done. We recommend them to everybody.

This was the best experience I have ever had with contractors of any kind. Billy's estimate was almost exactly what the final cost was. I kept waiting for the extras to be added on. After the prices we had been quoted from others, which were double the amount paid to Unique Flooring, we figured that at some point, the "gotcha" price would be tacked on. It never was. Nor was the work inferior in any way.We certainly got our money's worth and more.

As stated previously, Billy and Pete were always on time, and they did not mind working late if it was agreeable and convenient to us. The only time they were late was due to slow service at the warehouse from which we had bought our wood, and Billy called to explain the hold-up.

Both men were concerned
