Although the scale does not allow it, consider that all the A's are A+'s. The floors are beautiful and although there are 4 interface points (doorways) between the old and new flooring, it is impossible to tell that the floors were not all originally hardwood. Scott was right on time with his start and finish dates and right on the money with the cost estimate. Furthermore, I developed my own estimate in parallel as a benchmark of Scott's price using information I got from the DIY Big Box stores and his price was better. We are extremely pleased with the outcome of this project and would highly recommend Scott to anyone considering this type of work. I would add that Scott worked together with David Sweeney from Jordan Lumber who provided and installed the new hardwood so that although it was too separate contractors, it was as seamless as if I had been dealing with one.
