We engaged Mr. Robinson to do a measurement of our 3-level home, 3-car garage, etc. and provide us a written report with a building floor plan sketch. He did so in a professional and timely manner.

The appraisal was carried out morning of January 20th around 9am. I paid the appraiser after he completed the work via check, The check was cashed within 3 days. He promised that the report would be delivered within 10 working days. After 24 days I have yet to receive the report. I tried to reach the appraiser multiple times- there is no answer at the company. After I hang up on 2 occasions the appraiser answers and calls back. He has never called or emailed me to convey any reason the report has not been delivered. or given any updates. I called again early this week (Tuesday Feb 11) to inquire on when I could expect the report and indicated it was needed for probate of my deceased father estate. He said I would receive it within 2 days- today. I would like my money back and wish to not recommend this appraisal company to any others out there as he is not reputable. I just want to add that the company finally sent the report last Friday but that was still very late, some 26days after the appraisal. 20 work days and 26 full days. Because they never reached out to let me know what was going on I can't recommend them in good faith. They don't answer their phones and do not have an answering machine, and although they did call back that is not good enough.
