Very knowledgeable, kept working at the problem areas until we were in the dry. Very responsive. Albert is the kind of guy you feel comfortable placing your trust in and knowing he was going to get to the bottom of chasing the leak(s) down and fixing them. Good, honest, local roofing contractor.

I called on July 29th, told them I had a significant roof leak (coming through the ceiling- we've had a lot of rain lately and are continuing to have a lot) and that I needed someone to come out asap to take a look. I was told someone would get right back to me. Today is August 5th and I have not heard anything.

He was very good, and down to earth. He charged me $3,000 and Home Depot wanted to charge me $9,000, so I feel the price was more than fair. There was a 30 year guarantee on the roof, and they were prompt and cleaned up after themselves. I will definitely use them again if the need arises.

Prompt response to my call for estimate. Competitive price, got county permit, suggested better quality shingles, used water/ice shield in problem areas, removed old shingles and transported away, covered area around house with tarp before removing shingles, used magnet to gather nails that fell to ground, did pretty good cleanup after work completed (could have been better). One thing I particularly liked was that all shingles were hand nailed. I had been told that with air guns if pressure set too high staples can knock holes in shingles. Work completed as scheduled. On a 1-10 basis, I would say 8.5-9. Would use again.

We got an estimate from them, set up an appointment with them, they came out and did the work when they said they would at the price agreed upon. Very professional and punctual. I am going to use them for my carport and recommend them.

I thought that Hightower did an amazing job. They worked really, really fast, not to mention how polite and courteous they were. After completing the roof, we did find a very small leak around the chimney, but, they came right out and fixed it with no questions asked. I am very satisfied with the outcome of the work done here.

Other than a few minor hiccups they were very prompt with what I wanted and got the job done for me. The crew doing the work took good care of the outside of the house and yard while working. When they finished up, I couldn t complain with the results and felt they did a pretty good job.
