Excellent! The bank wouldn't even look at us and yet when James looked at our paperwork, he knew how to handle it! My husband & I are both self-employed and we previously had a private mortgage. These were just opportunities for James to do what he does best...help us get into the house we wanted! I don't think the man sleeps because he always answers his phone or texts. We definitely made him work for his money! We hope for this to be our final home, but if we ever need to move we will absolutely use Jim again!

James helped us navigate the mortgage market in Greenville and worked closely with our real estate agent to make sure we got the best possible deal.
