Larry arrived before the appointment time and got straight to work. He was very thorough. His home inspection cost was much lower than other quotes I had obtained in the area.

Larry showed up before the appointment time so he could inspect the outside of the house. He did a thorough job of inspecting the house from the attic to the crawlspace. He gave us a verbal run down of what he found, telling us what were considered major items and why, and the next day sent us a written report with pictures of all his findings. I'd recommend him to anyone needed a home inspection.
Update - About 2 weeks after we moved in, we found a leak around the chimney that we feel should have been found during the home inspection. Larry did not go up on the roof. He only made a visual inspection from a ladder. We lowered our overall rating because of this.

"We don't go up on roofs because because we have learned over the years more damage can be caused by walking on a hot roof that not. Our state standards do not require walking on the roof because of this concern. We did indicate stains in the attic with possible active leaks and recommended further evaluation and repair as needed by an expert. Normally a leak around a chimney won't show up from the outside and can only be found in the attic inspection."

Larry did a great job. He was very thorough and well documented his search for items that a potential buyer's inspection would catch so that I have no surprises. Larry was on time, responsive to phone calls and the best price I could find. I would definitely give him repeat business.
