 + -1 moreHe was very reliable, professional and was reasonably priced. He was flexible in adding additional items of work during the project. The quality of work was very good. He had a certified letter to confirm he was using the correct beam and size, which was reassuring.
Description of Work: They took out a wall, took out a support beam and replaced, refinished floors, expanded a door opening. They also removed a laundry room and bathroom and reconfigured it. They remodeled (2) bathrooms, removed popcorn ceiling, put in new hardwood floors, exterior door.
