This was a multi-week process due to what we contracted with them to do. The time-to-complete was approximately double what was quoted, but that wasnt a major rub. As a positive, they were always very kind and very accessible. We had some minor additions to their list and also some limited change orders...nothing major, though, to which they were agreeable. Overall, most of the work was done properly. The major problem we had and what overshadowed all of the good that we experienced was the quality of the interior painting. We had to have another contractor come in and basically repaint most or all of what they had painted. There were light spots, poor trim work, overspray, and missing parts. In trying to resolve the painting issue, there seemed to be a disconnect on their part to see the problems with the work that was done. That is why we ultimately brought in another contractor to finish the work out.

It went very well. There were several change orders, which I initiated, and the supplier was responsive and cooperative. I felt the project was fairly priced. The supplier was attentive to my requirements for quality work.
