This causes your dryer to run less, use less energy, last longer, and reduces the risk of a house fire. Second, we repair damaged or open exterior vents. Neglected open exterior vent hoods allow for water damage, mold, and bird infestation. Thrid, we change out rubber washer lines with steel braided lines. This greatly reduces the risk of a ruptured hose and a house flood. Fourth, we repair or install new vent lines for those with damaged or inproperly installed vents. WE WOULD HAVE TO HAVE DONE 3 CYCLES TO GET THEM COMPLETELY DRY !!!

Garrett, the owner, does all the vent cleaning himself. He arrived on time. He immediately noticed that the vent hood on the exterior of the house had a plastic mesh cover that was trapping lint at the exit, and he said that is not allowed by code. I checked online and found him to be correct. He moved the cover to a bath vent for no additional charge. Then he proceeded to thoroughly clean the entire dryer duct line as well as lint within the dryer itself. I had previously used another company to clean the dryer vent system, and they put the mesh back on the exhaust hood when finished. Never mentioned code. The mesh was the root problem causing the duct to clog too soon. I will definitely use Its Time Dryer Vent Cleaning the next time I need this service.

We had an old flex line dryer vent with a damaged cover that desperately needed repairing and potential fire hazard. I contacted the owner and he was able to run a new rigid line in a very long complicated run in crawl space and replaced the vent cover in one afternoon. The owner is professional, polite and hardworking individual and his fees are very reasonable. I was pleased and happy with It’s Time performance and would highly recommend Garrett for any dryer vent repairs, replacement or cleaning.
