Went as planned

I contacted Water Works to find and repair the leak in my rock waterfall. Brian was prompt and helpful. Although he didn't do the work himself, he reviewed what I needed and a informed his staff. There was a slight misunderstanding on the quote as not all the work we anticipated was necessary and he requested all our contact be via text or phone. We compromised due to the misunderstanding. The leak was tricky to diagnose and his son came out several times to make adjustments without additional charge. Overall I'm very pleased! My waterfall is working and looking great for less money than I wasted on it with another contractor last year. I highly recommend Water Works.

Honestly, if there are better people to do business with, I haven't found them. They were punctual,friendly, and did an A+ job at a reasonable, competitive price. Would most definitely hire again. Their knowledge of the business far exceeds other people I spoke with.

Still leaks, was here 20 minutes, replaced to top half of 2 $16 valves, charged me $500 without approval to do anything.. Should have been about $100 max. I will never allow on my property again.

Jason and his crew showed up on time and completed the work in a timely fashion. They were professional and very friendly at the same time. I thought the price to be very reasonable, considering the amount of work we had done.

After being abandoned by our first landscaper (who was enthusiastically recommended by a friend) when we asked him to fix some problems his work created, and being new to the area, we researched Angie’s List to find someone with consistently good reviews to finish our residential project. We met with several possibilities, but were most impressed by the excellent reviews for Water Works LLP, and when we contacted them, Josh came out very quickly to answer our erosion control & landscaping S.O.S.! Right from the start we had a good rapport with Josh! He is a very personable, knowledgeable professional who genuinely cares about his customers being happy with the completed project, and we decided immediately that he was the one who would do the best job in transforming our yard from mundane to magnificent! It was clear from our first meeting that he had the experience and expertise to successfully address all of our needs—erosion control, sod installation, irrigation adjustments, creating new landscaping beds & adding plants to existing beds, and adding landscaping lighting! We can only praise Josh & Water Works--not only for their professionalism & knowledge, but also for their willingness to work around our unusually busy September schedule. He arrived when he said he would, offered reasonable pricing, was courteous & professional, and easily understood what we needed and responded with excellent advice and suggestions. After our first negative landscaping experience, we were so relieved to finally be working with Water Works--a truly reputable company with integrity! Pricing was straightforward and seemed to be fair for upstate SC, payment was due on completion of the project; and they also warranty their work and plants. Josh and his team were prompt, and they worked conscientiously and efficiently to complete our project as soon as possible, always demonstrating their commitment to excellence. He gave us the opportunity to choose our own plants, or trust his judgment, and we decided to rely on his expertise (since we’re new to the area and don’t know what grows best in red clay soil during hot summers), and we couldn’t be more pleased with his choices and work! Unlike the landscaper who began work on our project last spring, Josh made sure the area was cleaned up each day and consistently went the “second mile” for us, and we really appreciated that! Customer satisfaction is obviously very important to Josh & Water Works LLP, as upon formal completion of our work, he said he would come back in a few weeks just to make sure everything was functioning as promised! He did return for that evaluation, all is well; and next spring we’re to call him concerning his coming out to evaluate whether any further irrigation system adjustments need to be made, and to check that all of the plants and sod are adapting nicely! Our original goal was not only to find a multi-faceted landscaping company that received great reviews & could address the multiple needs we have now, but also to have one we could trust and rely on for any future work as well! We believe Water Works LLP is that company! We couldn’t be more pleased with every aspect of the work they did for us! We enthusiastically recommend Josh & Water Works LLP in Taylors for your landscaping needs, and we look forward to working with them again in the future!

I called Water Works Friday PM and the repair was completed Monday PM.

The team is pleasant to work with. Nice folks. The work was done well, for the most part. Attention to detail could have been better. Steps in the flagstone pathway wobble; this was a key part of the job for which I was charged approximately $4,000. Elsewhere a few rotted railroad ties were left that should have been replaced, or at least discussed; and railroad ties of different sizes were used in part of a retaining wall (which doesn't look nice). Lastly, the final statement was $800 higher than estimated or discussed, about 15% of the related work in the initial estimate. Maybe 15% is within reason, but I do not believe the work of the overage merited that cost (such as moving wires for $100), but it did merit discussion before being handed the bill.

Looked great for a year. Wall caved and had to have it rebuilt by somesome else Who said the way that it was constructed it didn't have a chance of staying in place. Landscape lighting broke after a year. Try to have it repaired once but broke again within a week.

Poorly. Initial job performed in July 2015. Job completed in one day. Was told that pipe was unable to be buried entire 6 inches depth, as required per code. Reason was because of large underground rocks/boulders. Starting in June, began having multiple issues: 1) pipe burst downstream side of one of the valves in the backyard. Notified Water Works and repaired. 2) pipe showing in front yard (couldn't have been buried more than 1 inch deep). Notified Water Works and rerouted, digging only slightly deeper. 3) Pipe showing and connection to sprinkler head showing in 3 locations in middle "zone" in backyard. Again, couldn't have been buried more than an inch deep and simply covered with rocks. Notified Water Works. Only rerouted and buried 2 of the 3 locations. Main complaint is the fact that the work was performed at a subpar level for the full price without notification prior to completion of the job. I have a fence installed by another provider this year. When underground rock was encountered, contractor stopped work, called me, and we came to a mutual agreement about a solution, rather the contractor just continuing the job to get paid. Very unsatisfied with Water Works and do not recommend to anyone.

Brian and Josh were extremely professional and accommodating. The were on time and we are delighted with our new irrigation system and outdoor lighting. The crew was easy to work with and made adjustments easily to what we wanted with a smile. I highly recommend them!!

Chris was very professional, courteous and after a discussion of what I needed quickly completed the work. Also gave me pointers on a landscaping project I was working on. I am very please with the outcome and would be happy to recommend Water Works to others.

They did great work, were very responsive, and got the work done quickly. All around it was a great service.

Chris was 5 minutes early than the appointed time, he was very professional and well mannered. As we moved through my sprinkler problems he adjusted two of them that were an issue without even being asked to and before he even gave me the estimate for the broken heads. The estimate was lower than expected and he replaced the problem heads right away, it literally took 25 minutes. Because of my experience today with Water Works, I will use them for some other upcoming projects as well as maintaining my sprinkler system for the future. I will recommend them to my neighbors, co-workers and friends.

Brian and his crew kept us well informed on daily activities and asked for feedback on work in progress.
Brian made excellent suggestions on the retaining wall, paving, gutter drainage. Phone calls were timely answered.
His focus to satisfy our needs and wishes have been highly appreciated.
Payment occurred at project completion.
We will use Waters Works again in our next project

Brian and his crew were GREAT guys!  Trustworthy, honest & kept us informed on where we were to budget.  Brian did not charge extra for small things that we changed or for adding in extra plants.  They were timely & worked very hard when they were here.  Brian always answered his cell or called me right back.  I had to call him back to fix something & they came back the same day I called.  Excellent service!  Brian and his team truly wanted us to be happy with the job they did!   And we are extremely happy with their job!!!   Highly recommend them!
