Great job, very good service

They cut the limbs off a large Maple tree and a large Oak tree. The limbs were as big as some full grown trees. I was impressed with how they cut the limbs without using a bucket truck. The maple tree extended over my sunroom and the Oak tree was over my neighbor's roof and my outbuilding. By using ropes they were able to scale the tree and lower the branches without leaving so much as a leaf on any of the buildings involved. They removed a tree for me last year and I would highly recommend them.

I contacted Alfredo by phone and he came out and gave me a quote within a day or so. We made the deal and his crew showed up when he said they would. They moved a swing set that was under the tree and got right to work. It was a fairly large tree that had some dead limbs. One of the guys climbed up in the tree and cut off all the major limbs just leaving the main tree trunk about 18 feet high. They made short work of it and cut the tree into manageable pieces. They cleaned up the mess, raked the area and hauled off all the debris. Review by Bill in Gaffney, SC. I watched the whole process, and I was impressed. It is hard to find people with such a good work ethic.

Make sure you get in writing any work to be done and go over each item before allowing Alfredo and his crew to start work. I made that mistake and ended up overpaying for work that was agreed during the estimate, but never completed. The only other issue is that Alfredo kept wanting to reschedule and delay work to another day. Otherwise, his crew were fast, efficient, and cleaned up well after themselves when they did come out.

Oak Tree approximately 100 years old with base of 8 foot diameter. Tree removal, stump grinding and haul off and expert cleanup of entire area. Absolute Phenomenal Job, incredible WORK ETHIC. Entire crew exhibits the best Teamwork we have ever seen. They worked relentless, straight thru - finishing in one day. They all were so focused and confident working with precision. We and our neighbors watched with amazement. Unbelievably Hard working Crew - We cannot say enough good things about them. We will hire them for other tree services. ABSOLUTELY GREAT PROFESSIONALS.

I hired this company and when they began their work I was not able to oversee anything. It was my impression that the debris would be chipped and moved to the back of our lot completely out of sight. When they "finished" I noticed that all of the cut trees, etc had been moved over onto our neighbor's lot since they were not sure of the property line and when I pointed this out to them they moved all of the trash over onto my lot where it is very noticeable. They did not chip or carry anything away as it was my understanding that they would do. I am having to get another tree company to clean up the mess that they left behind. The new tree person could not believe that they had left our property in such a mess. I would NOT use them again for ANYTHING!!!!!! I AM SURPRISED THAT HOME ADVISOR WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANY ONE!!!!
