Three men showed up on time. They protected the door frames and the floor. They loaded the truck, protecting furniture and goods. When they arrived at the new address, again, they protected the door frame and the floors. Unloaded into appropriate rooms. They then went through each room placing furniture according to our preference. They even helped with suggestions on a problem room. They were courteous and professional.
A successful move. Nothing broken or damaged, and it took less time than expected, so it cost less than the estimate.

They arrived at our house about 8 AM with three men. They laid blankets throughout the house to protect the floors. They but bumpers on the front door jamb to prevent damage to it and furniture. We had already boxed up all the little stuff and pictures, so they loaded all the furniture and boxes onto the truck. They brought wardrobe boxes and hung our clothes from the closets into the boxes. They did not charge us for the boxes since they reuse them. They were very efficient. They followed us up the mountain arriving at our new home. Again, they protected the floors and the door jambs. They put everything in the appropriate rooms. They then went through each room and asked if we liked the arrangements. They gladly rearranged the rooms at our requests. We had trouble with one room and based on their experience, they recommended an arrangement the worked great. They were finished by 3 PM. The final cost was about $500 less than the estimate because of their efficiency. It was a great experience for us. This was our first move in 35 years. We would hire them again in a heartbeat.

I hired them to help my sister move. They arrived early with a large
truck and 4 men. All the employees kept moving the entire time they were
there. They were pleasant and professional-- highly recommended!

I have used Poole's Moving and Storage a few times for big and small moves.  Their customer service is very good.  The staff is very careful with your personal items.  I am planning to use them again for moving services very soon.

My husband and I moved to a bigger house to accommodate a growing family.  I am 7 months pregnant and was anxious about the move b/c I knew I would be useless in heavy lifting so we decided to hire movers.  We called around to different companies and decided to hire a local company with competitve prices.  The movers arrived on time and were very professional.  They actually joked around with us most of the day and I was happy to see they enjoyed a job that I was dreading like the plague.  During the move we realized that my daughter's crib was going to have to be taken apart to get it through the doorway and I proceeded to have a minor breakdown.  The mover's just laughed and said we can take it apart, move it and put it back together in her new room (which almost made me cry thanks to pregnancy hormones).  They were hard workers and took minimal breaks and did everything we asked and more with a smile on their faces.  I don't anticipate moving again any time soon, but if we do I will happily call Poole Moving and Storage without hesitation.  They truly took all of the stress and pressure out of a difficult and overwhelming task.  GREAT JOB!!!  I would absolutely refer them to anyone that I meet that needs to hire movers.

Everyone has thanked me for the recommendation because of their professionalism, price, and care of personal belongings. They show up when they are suppose to, don't waste time and are very professional with how they move and pack the customers property.
