 + -1 moreIf you see Dr. Harris, don't always expect to be told what you want to hear. I feel Dr. Harris is attentive and will offer the best care available. If she feels her treatment options are not sufficient, she has never hesitated to recomend a specialist and have her staff set up the appoinment. Overall I am very pleased with the care that is provided.
Description of Work: I've been a patient at Palmetto Family Medicine for over ten years and although I cannot say I have not had any issues concerning staff or treatment, I can say that every issue was resolved promptly and professionally. Dr. Roslyn Harris is my preferred physician at this facility.

 + -1 moreHe is very thorough. The office staff is improving but still has a lot of room for improvement. The "new" lab tech is excellent - almost painless drawing of blood. I know that when I get to Dr Zeager that he is going to be running late but he is not in a hurry to get to the next patient. He takes whatever time he needs with me to "get it right."
Description of Work: I met with Dr. Zeager for a medication check.

 + -1 moreThey were very fast getting me to the lab tech to draw blood. The lab tech was very good and the 'stick' was almost painless. However, I had to call 3 times over a 2 week period to get the results.

 + -1 moreThis doctor is excellent. She listens to what you are talking about. She is very thorough in the examination and explanations of procedures to take.
Description of Work: I had a kidney infection. This doctor ran some tests to insure that that was what was wrong and then prescribed some medicine. I have insurance to help cover the cost of the visit.
