This company was recommended by my builder and I felt comfortable in their showroom with this sales person. I had a strong direction to go towards the look of my kitchen, but if I hadn't, the guidance would have been very weak. Their design service one year ago was lacking. We invested in their most quality/expensive line in cabinets and countertops, and felt they worked hard to price match and compete with the others I drove around town to get estimates from. The installation crew was excellent and took extreme pride (so much to add details for me that were not included in the order to give extra appeal) in their work. The owner personally backs up the work as well and got involved to correct some final touches. The owner (Mike) does some orders so ask for him first!

I wasn t happy because if I would have researched this job more I would have went with custom cabinets instead. These were prefabricated cabinets and we could have had a better fit and more kitchen space had the layout been more space efficient. The work they did was fair but they could have done better on the design layout.

Mountain Creek Kitchen and Bath showed me a blue print of our cabinets and they looked fine on paper. However they failed to mention that because the cabinets weren't custom cabinets, there could be problems with the fit. There were gaps between the cabinets and the adjacent walls, doors and windows up to 5 inches wide. That just wasn't what you expect when you have work done.
