They were expensive. They quoted me on bunch of stuff and I only took a part of it. I think I only ended up doing four things. Their service is fantastic. I plan to use them for the timing work. They are reliable, they are great and the shop is extremely spotless.

This is probably the 7th or 8th service I've had Mastertech do in the last 4 years on my vehicles ranging from my wife's '04 Infiniti G35 coupe to my '01 Mercedes E320 and '97 BMW 323i convertible. Without exception, they always do professional work for a reasonable price and in a timely manner, and their facility is clean and modern with a customer waiting area. An extra courtesy they have provided has been to give me a ride home (just a couple of miles away) while they work on my vehicles. The owner and all the staff I've dealt with are very nice folks and have proven to be utterly trustworthy and ethical; they are always professional and thoroughly competent with any repair work I've brought to them. Highly recommended.

I had used Mastertech Automotive a year earlier to replace my ignition cylinder and I had been suitably impressed with their professionalism, service, and price. I returned to them for the service mentioned above. The work was priced fairly. Due to a late parts delivery, the repair took several hours longer than anticipated (though that was not my experience on my first visit). I also was worried about how my brakes were wearing so they test drove it and measured the temperatures on front pads and rear shoes and said it all appeared normal. Didn't try to sell me any extra services.

They are just reliable. My daughter had taken our car to Firestone just to get the oil change because Mastertech was not open on Saturday and she had it done. Then there was an oil leak and she took it back to Firestone. They told her that there was something wrong like a gasket was blown and all that. As she had to take the car out of town, she didn't want to mess with it. She was extremely anxious but when she came back we took it to Mastertech. Then Mastertech noticed that Firestone had left a screw loose and they didn't even notice it. So Mastertech was extremely honest and their prices are very good. They were willing to do anything and they are trustworthy. We have been there enough times but the work that they have done and the prices that they have given us have all been just excellent. If you look online they have good ratings so it's not just us but they are good to everybody. The only thing is that it is not open on Saturday but we can't fault them for that because they work hard whole week and have a day off.

Quality of work was poor. I have to be very careful not to get in a situation where I have to stop quickly--car takes much longer to stop than prior to work being done. Wheels also shudder when brake pedal is applied. Brakes also squeak even from a gentle, slow stop.

They take Mastercard, Visa as well as check or cash. They call about the cost before they do the work and they have good follow-through. They usually get the car done the same day but they kept it overnight this time. I thought they were honest and clean and their shop was in order an they all have certified on their shirts.
