Impressive Window Cleaning

They were wonderful! Very responsive and professional and the windows look great.

Joe responded to our first call and set up a time and date for an estimate. He showed up as scheduled and took his time to assess our situation and answer all of our questions. His estimate was reasonable we ok'd the work. Joe gave us a two week window but called early with a cancellation. He showed up with all the equipment he needed and started right to work. Our white gutters had not been cleaned for at least 3yrs and had black tiger stripes (carbon or roofing). Parts of the gutters were packed with pine needles causing water to run over the top to the ground.
The gutters didn't respond to Joe's first approach so he brought out different cleaners, pressure washer, and manual brushes. It took a lot more time than we both thought so Joe came back the next day to finish. Another challenge were the bird nests on top of the two story columns. They nest there every year and the area has never been cleaned. (Need a very tall ladder.) Joe got right on it. Again, it took a lot of time to remove the accumulated dirt and grime which would run down the white columns resulting in another wash and rinse.
In the end Joe accomplished the following:
1. The gutters are not only bright white and shiny but are also draining wonderfully.
2. The eaves and soffits are bright white as well and free of any mold stains.
3. The two story front entrance is beautiful with no bird nests and bright white columns.

We gave Joe a little more than the estimate do to his efforts, results, and care for deck and landscaping.
We are very pleased with Joe's work and will schedule window cleaning at a future date. Recommend highly.

The guy came when he said he was going to. He had taken a dialysis treatment that morning and I know he didn't feel good; but he started washing windows anyway, just to get a feel for the house and where everything was. Then he came the next day and worked hard. There was even some porch torn up in the back yard that he had to maneuver around. He did it without saying a word then came back the third day and finished the job in a couple of hours. He then was going to charge me $350 and I said Joe this was a little harder than we thought it would be so I am going to give you $400 this time. Then when you come back if you want to look at it at $350 or so then look at it again; but you cleaned every window sill and you washed the whole back of the house. You did a lot more than I thought you would. He was happy when he left here. I paid him more because he was that good. He is a triple A guy. I will use him again in the future.

Excellent job from a personable owner who put things back exactly as he found them. I used his company for 2 years. It is my understanding that he has had some medical issues in the last year or so, so I used someone else I found on Angie's List, who did a really good job, also.

Was Very Pleased with this company. My house hasn't looked this good ever. I bought it new, and it looks better now, than it did when I bought it.
