Lawn Tool Repair
In the spring, I took the mower out and discovered that it had been overfilled with oil and there was a large stain of oil on the garage floor under it. On trial, it was hard to start and the belt still slipped badly. About half way through the first mowing, the mower quit. It has not started since that first trial. Prior to Hap's working on it, it had been functioning well except for the slipping belt. It always started. I would not use Hap's. We did not try to resolve the issue because we were leaving town for the summer. I hired a lawn maintenance company.
