We are not happy with them at all. There was a radio ad saying they will do a plumbing inspection and unfortunately when they came out I wasn’t there. My wife was there and they ended up doing work that wasn’t necessary and gave us some exorbitant prices on some work that I was interested in getting done. I would definitely not have them out again. They wanted to replace the whole hot water heater which was not necessary and the main thing I had them out for was the $39 inspection. Some of the pipes were making noise and they didn't resolve that, I resolved it, I adjusted the pressure. I am not a plumber and I was able to solve.

Had a problem installing two drains during my bathroom renovation and Alan came out the same day that I called. Great service, great work, and a great price. I highly recommend Golden Rule Plumbing to anyone who wants an honest plumber who does a good job. A+++
