AWESOME business with very punctual services! Not just the great prices but for me the great deal of patience it took to work with my father who at timez can be difficult...lol My eldery handicapped father has a rental house with a partially underground basement.We have had problems in the past with mild flooding and mildew issues. Well to our nightmare one day while attempting to clean mildew from walls and make some minor board replacemens we discovered that the crawl space had been flooded with water from a crack in the pipes coming from the bathroom! We dont know how long it had been going on but long enough to where when we has a "different company" come out and assess it and give us an estimate for total repairs, it was going to be close to like $7, 000! We didnt have very long to wait given the circumstances however we wanted to get another estimate. Well thank goodness we did because it saved my father over half! So thankful especially given the fact that like many eldery loves on a very tight budget! He depends a great dealon the rental income as well as his social security! Thanks so much Crown Plumbing! Will definitely use in the futre if needed and highly recommend to others!

He actually made two trips to my house and was very punctual for both trips.  He was very friendly and professional.  This is the second time we have used them and would highly recommend them.

have had 2 experiences with Crown Plumbing.  The first in Nov 2012 regarding a sewer line issue that affected myself and my neighbor.  My neighbor scheduled the appoinment and no one showed up or called.  When she called to inquire she was told that the service tech had a family emergency.  The appointment was rescheduled and the service provider showed up late (with no call) but the work was completed to my satisfaction and the cost was excellent.
Second experience-I called Tuesday 11December to confirm an appointment for the following day due to a water leak inside my  house.  I was told he was busy in the morning but could make it in the afternoon.  Because I had errands to run I asked if he could call me that morning to give me a better idea of his arrival time.  He agreed.  He did not call in the morning or afternoon and he did not show up.
With such communication issues, I will not be calling for his services again.

Punctual, explained what they would do and why, and also tended to the yard where they had to dig for the line.

This was a huge problem and I called him during supper time and he was very good about coming out and helping us. His price is reasonable and he has done a lot of work for us. He used to work for Roto-rooter and he is now in business for himself now. He has always been very easy to work with and he is very polite.
