I used him to splice in a section of flooring and then sand and re-finish floors. We originally had a pre-finished floors and the spliced in patch was so terrible that "the only to fix it was to sand and re-finish". Mr. Carter is very unreliable and lacks professionalism. After moving the deadline for our floors to be done 4 times, at his request, he still has not completed them. He has made multiple excuses as to why he hasn't finished. We schedule times for him to come and he just doesn't show up. He ignores calls and texts.
