Measurements were taken for the shades in January. We were having our great room painted and they were very accommodating in scheduling the installation around that process. They also allowed us to take one of the shades home early to match wall paint. We also have a 20 foot ceiling which included four of the windows at second floor height. Not a problem. All of that was handled very professionally by the young woman who measured and by the installers.
We love the shades, measurements were very accurate and the installation was extremely well done! We couldn't be happier. Nice folks to work with!
