Response from AARON'S PLUMBING LLC
"I believe you may have the wrong company. I'm located in Taylors,in the upstate area of SC. If you feel sure that I am the one you worked with, please give me an idea of what was done and what your issues were. Thanks"

Tenant in rental home called with clogged drain in kitchen disposal.Jeff went out and cleared within 24 hours. As always, he was proffessional, reasonably priced and the work was of a high quality. I own several rental homes and a business and Jeff does all my work. He always does a good work and prioritizes important jobs. We once had a water heater burst at our business and he came within the hour! He prevented an incedible amount of destuction. Jeff is a great plumber!

Initially, I was told by others doing our annual termite inspection that I had water coming in from the outside into the crawl space and was quoted a high price to install a drain system with sump pump to take care of problem. I was not convinced, so I decided I would crawl under the house myself and see what I could discern. There was water there, but there was no sign of anything leaking from outside though there was water was on top of the plastic covering in the crawl space, which seemed to indicate that the water was coming from piping under the house. I engaged a house inspector and he confirmed my findings, plus I received a good repoort on the structural integrity of the underside of the house, I engaged a plumber and the plumber found the problem, but his price was sky high to fix it. Aaron's plumbing was recommended by my home inspector and I found three good reviews on Angie's List.Jeff Barton is the owner and he came and after inspection and discussion, he came up with an acceptable plan and approximate cost based on his hourly rate plus material costs. He figured about 3 to 4 hours and he completed the work in a timely manner. His accommodation of my problem in short notice was much appreciated. One thing for sure, as long as he is in business, he'll be my preferred plumber.

Great experience! After getting Jeff's cell phone number from his wife, I called Jeff and was able to give me a ball park estimate of the cost to do the work as well as a maximum price it would be. I was home for the day and we agreed he would come by sometime that afternoon, calling me when he was on his way. When Jeff arrived, he was very friendly and professional. He immediately starting working on the install and had it done in record time. The total bill came in $125 less than the maximum price he quoted. Will definitely use Jeff again in the future.

He's been extremely good and I have recommended him personally to other people, who have had a good experience too; for a reasonable price, well its always expensive. He came when he said he was going to come. He quoted me a very fair price and gave me a reason why he recommended certain things; so, I knew what I was getting and what I needed; instead of all this other stuff that sometimes other people recommend.

Jeff is an excellent, patient, knowledgeable diagnostician. He figures out what is wrong, then fixes it, rather than messing around with a lot of expensive trial and error. He has useful connections with suppliers that expand his expertise and facilitate rapid repairs when he doesn't have the necessary parts on his truck. He works efficiently and tidily. Best of all, he is effective; his stuff really is fixed and it stays fixed. When there was a true crisis at my previous residence, Jeff showed up immediately and worked into the night to get it resolved. For my routine household maintenance items, he was considerably less responsive. It took several weeks to get his attention, then his visit was rescheduled at least once. This did not seem entirely unreasonable to me. When we did eventually make an arrangement, he came when agreed and took care of everything I needed done, in his usual competent manner. The cost included materials. His labor is $65/hour, which is pretty reasonable. I am not willing to pay a trip charge or put either of us to the trouble of an extra visit for a preliminary estimate, but I trust his pricing.

Provided a quote that was competitive and came when he said he would come. The installation took about 2 hours which included removal of the old heater and complete site cleanup. The water heater worked right a way and there have been no problems.

After having a lot of difficulty in trying to replace our direct vent gas water heater through another company, we gave Jeff at Aaron's Plumbing a call. He told us our options in replacing the gas water heater. I asked him for quotes on replacing the gas water heater versus installing an electric water heater and capping the gas line. Jeff confirmed the higher price for replacing the gas water heater we'd gotten elsewhere and we decided at that point to get an electric water heater installed. On the day of the appointment, he showed up on time and quickly got to work. He removed the old gas water heater and capped the line. He then installed the new electric water heater, getting rid of the tangle of copper pipes that had been there and doing some neat pipe work to the water heater. We now have a wonderful Rheem electric water heater that works perfectly. Jeff is fantastic and we've heard great things about him from other satisfied customers. We highly recommend him.
