Probably the best experience with a trades person I have ever had. Andrew evaluated the project, made suggestions for improvements, gave a price, stuck to the price, handled the permits and inspections, showed up when he said he would, completed the work on schedule and as a bonus, he and his partner were pleasant to talk with. One unique detail of the project was difficult to sort out and when the standard solution did not look quite right when it was done, he came back on his own initiative with a better solution. Really can not say enough positive things about Lakeview Building and Management and would hire them again without any second thought at all.
