From the very first visit, Tia and her dad put our minds at ease. They assessed and then came up with a treatment plan that allowed my 82 year old mother who is on oxygen, and our two dogs to remain in the house even when they sprayed. They went through every bed, couches, and chairs every time they came. They never rescheduled an appointment and were prompt every time! It can be very disheartening that one little bug on the bottom of someones shoe or backpack can cause so much distress, but Tia and her family were amazing to work with and spent a lot of time educating us. They know their business and they're very professional, thorough and thoughtful.

They did the treatment one time and got rid of my bed bugs the first time and they even come back two more times after to check on the situation after treatment and will spray more if needed !! They are amazing !
