Island Preferred LLC

Description of Work: After some storm damage to our house, we hired a roofing contractor to do major repairs. (we got him from Angies List too, and he was great!) There were many other items that needed to be done and the roofing contractor recommended "Island Perferred". They met my husband at the house and went over the items we needed to have repaired and gave us a written proposal and price for the job. My husband talked to Island Perferred several time, asking questions and obtaining information on some of the products they would be using. We hired them to do the work needed to be completed, and it was done very well, and in a timely fashion. The items that were done were: replacing some siding and doing carpentry work and painting. Replace two high-wind resistant exterior doors and four windows on the top floor of the house, repairing and replacing some damaged decking on the top floor deck, replace some of the deck railings and rebuilding one dormer that had damage. Island Peferred did a great job and were very helpful. They communicated very well and help with the stress we had from the storm damage and from being out of town owners. They returned calls and helped us get the work done.
