Came out and found rotten boards that needed replaced. Replaced boards and shingles abd there have been no sign of further leaks.

We found DMZ home services through an Angie's List special and are very happy we had an inspection. David detected damage to our shingles, and he took several pictures We had a roofing contractor and our insurance confirm the damage that David found. We are now in the process of getting our roof replaced. We are grateful for DMZ's help.

Satisfied with performance; however, "tune-up" items such as tightening gutters & brackets [if needed], caulking, sealing minor holes, splits, cracks & dents was not discussed.

He came down from the roof to tell me the gutters were already totally clean thanks to the storm we'd recently had. So I paid for the coupon. He showed up. He didn't actually have to do any work.

It went great. David was on time, very professional and very knowledgable. He performed the roof maintenance; advised of additional items that really needed to be taken care of; quoted a very reasonable price; and then performed the additional items. I am definitely hiring him for more work.

Fantastic. David is very professional, they showed up on time and inspected our roof. I mentioned we noticed that we may have a leak. He and his partner inspected the roof and found a nail had popped up. They did the quick repair and caulked around the vents. He did not try to sell me more services.
