He is wonderful; he's got very high integrity. I would have him back again in a heartbeat. He was on time and had everything with him both times. He's going on my go-to list as well. I would highly recommend him. He even did the complicated locks at work with the bubble marks in the keys which are very hard to do correctly.

George was GREAT! Not only did they agree to a very last minute call-out during a difficult transition with an overstaying tenant, but he also returned the next day and repaired a broken door knob that the tenants were using to gain access illegally. VERY PLEASED and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

New to the area, I looked online for locksmiths (as well as checking Angie's LIst) to change the locks on four doors in my new home. I decided to call Anderson, and am glad I did. They were friendly on the phone and put up with the lot of questions I had. They also asked me questions so they knew what to expect and could provide their service without any issues. I got an appointment for the next day, which was great.
The guy arrived right on time, was extremely nice and completed the job quickly and professionally. One of my deadbolts was a little hard to turn, and he kindly worked a little magic to try and make it turn a little easier at no charge. I got the number of locks I needed re-keyed and was given the correct number of keys I was told I would receive, at the cost I was quoted. I felt the price was comparable if not better than some others I'd seen when searching. I'd recommend them and definitely call them again if I needed to.

I called a number of companies to check price and availability. I got answering machines for two companies, and two quotes. Anderson was the only company that was available the same day. The technician, George arrived on time, rekeyed the locks, and provided keys. The price was exactly as quoted over the phone. I was impressed with George's professionalism and will not hesitate to recommend this company to friends and neighbors. Fair price and quality service across the board!
