Chimney Sweeping
Called to say he was on his way. Arrived on time. Laid down sheets down to prevent track ashes and dirt around the
house. He took pictures of my chimney to show me problems I was having. Top Hat printed out the photos and made suggestions
how I could solve the problem in the future. No hard sell. Did a great job, in and out in about an hour.

Chimney Sweeping
When he came out the first time the work was really shoddy. Then he left and didn't come back again for nine months. After the nine months he tried to charge us for the bad work he had earlier done. We paid him for some of the work but we were not pleased at all. I will not use him again in the future.
