RUSH'S FLORIST

I have been meaning to write this for some time, but just got around to it. Rush's Florist was amazing. It was right after Valentine's Day earlier this year and I needed flowers for my brother's funeral. I contacted 5 florists who all said that they didn't have anything because of the holiday. I went onto Angie's List and found Rush. It's basically a one person shop, and the lady running it couldn't have been nicer. I wanted an exotic flower arrangement, and she was able to supply me with exactly what I needed for the venue. She also did it that day and had the flowers delivered to the funeral home the same afternoon. I couldn't be happier. I would highly recommend her.

I had already contacted four other florist and they were unable to fill my order because the day before had been Valentine's Day and I wanted an exotic and unusual arrangement. The owner of Rush florist was extremely accommodating . She too was missing some of the exotic flowers but had enough to make the arrangement look like I had envisioned it. It was delivered on time that evening. I was very impressed and would use her again. She had been recommended by Angie's List. The other florists were not even willing to try to fill my request.

I recently had to purchase a spray of flowers for my mother's casket. My mother's funeral was the day after Memorial Day. On Memorial Day, after noon, I realized I needed to make sure my mother had flowers for her casket. I called four florists, including two suggested by the funeral home. All were closed or said they would not be able to provide flowers by 9 am for the morning service. I finally called Rush's Florist in a panic. They were open and said they would have the arrangement there by 9 am. I don't know much about flowers, so I chose pink roses (as they were out of white, I assume due to the holiday) and asked the florist to choose a flower she felt would go well with the pink roses. She quoted me a price of just under $200.00. The next morning, the flowers were there on time. It was exactly what I hoped for. The florist had included some sort of white flower with pink in the middle (some sort of lily I think) in addition to the pink roses. It was very beautiful, and even my brother (who never notices such things) complimented it. The charge on my credit card was exactly as we had discussed. I was very pleased with the service provided by Rush's Florist and would use them in the future without any qualms.
