We had Rourk Plumbing out today. He took care of all our plumbing issues. He was professional, courteous, and super knowledgeable. He's very reasonably priced. We are super happy with his work. Will use him again for all our plumbing needs.

Very nice gentleman and his son arrived promptly at the scheduled appointment to complete a mandatory backflow test on our sprinkler system.  Completed the work in a timely manner. I would definitely call again for any future plumbing issues.

We had multiple house guests. This was an embarrassing emergency - all work was done efficiently, cleanly, and courteously. Just as we've come to expect as repeat customers!

They did a nice job of switching the sink configuration to fix the leak rather than moving the pipe to a different spot from the wall.

They did great! Their people were professional. I had them out two different times. They came before I did the floor, and then they came back afterwards to connect everything. They sent different people each time. The people were professional, and they did a great job. I thought their price was fair. I was really pleased with the quality of work.

They responded to us within three hours, and went right to work. Checked the sink and drain and proceeded to climb up to our roof and use their plumbing "snake." After some time, they found that this was not reaching the clog so they used the snake through a pipe access point in our back yard. Eventually it opened and appeared to work. Later that evening, as our dishwasher was running, our sink began to fill with water again and backed up into the dishwasher. I called them the next morning and one of their men came right out and got to work on this stubborn clog. There was no extra charge for the return visit. Again, their service men (who were different than the last two) were very friendly and courteous. I believe that they were truly men of integrity. Since I am a return customer, I would have preferred to be able to mail them a check because I was at work and had to leave work to deliver the check. Other than that, I am satisfied with their work and will call them again when plumbing work is needed.

We contacted Rourk Plumbing to see if there was anything they could do to correct a severely clogged pipe we had leading from our upstairs bathroom to the main sewer line. I called them at 10 in the morning and they were able to see me by noon. He was very punctual, and extremely helpful. Our house is over 100 years old and the clog has been there since we bought it. That combined with the piped being old had us assuming we were going to have to spend a bundle to replace the pipe entirely. The gentleman who came out told us that while yes they could certainly provide that service he could also check the clog to see if he could remove it first and he was able to have it cleaned out within the hour. He checked the strength of our pipes and told us it seemed good enough for now to not have to replace it quite yet.
