His company installed a gas hot water heater without a flue through the roof, without hooking up the gas, without a cut off. His company plumbed a double vanity destroying the integrity of the roof support by cutting 2" holes through 2 x 4 exterior wall framing and installed a cheat vent that is not even vented outside. I now have to remove all he installed and reinforce the 2 x 4 framing to support the roof. He promised to install two toilets and a vanity; none of which was complete. His company left plumbing vents that ended in the attic and did not run to the exterior. What did the provider do? nothing professional. He and the plumber/helper he sent out were rude and did nothing to deliver what was contracted for. I would not call this company back again ever. 

After purchasing a house, we discovered the well pump had been stolen. After getting several quotes, plumb-rite gave the best quote. He came out same day as call to give quote $570 for materials and labor. On the say of install, he was unable to give a time frame of arrival when we confirmed the appointment the day before. The day of the install, he had me pick up the materials (called in the order at the plumbing supply store) and when he said he was on his way and would be there shortly, it took him over an hour to get to the house. Once he was there, I had several questions about other potential plumbing issues with the house. He willingly looked and quoted for the additional issues, but was unable to complete anymore work that day because of his time of arrival. He completed the install of the well pump and tank quickly and neatly. He made sure my husband and I were familiar with the valves before he left. I have him a B for the professionalism because he does not have a voicemail set up on his phone, was unable to give a time frame of when he would come out, was unable to process debit and credit cards, and although he quoted me the price with materials, he didn't let me know until the day of service that I would have to drive across town to pick them up myself. Overall we were very satisfied with his service. He is friendly and polite and didn't leave a mess. We will use him again.

Plumb rite used to come out the same day you called. My wife called on the 14th to get someone out on the 15th. No one showed up on the 15th, so she called the morning of the 15th for someone to come that afternoon. Again no one showed up. When she called the office she was told the person was out on calls and they did not know why he didn't come by as he had promised he would do it that day. Friday was out for us and she didn't want to wait around another day anyway. So, the man who answered at the office said he would come out Saturday between 1:30 and 2 PM. He was late but at least he showed up and did the work. We may give them another chance as they have always been much better about keeping appts in the past.

The install was ok, they smoked and left their cigarette butts in my yard. I have waited on them for a week to come back and fix the problem that has developed a year later. Who knows how long my toilet has been leaking under the house.

Our tub started not just leaking but a steady stream of water. They advertised same day service so we called our landlady and then called Plumb-Rite. We called at 2:30 PM and by 5:30 they arrived! They were quick, efficient and very professional. Our landlady has used them for her home plumbing problems.

I would continue to use them in the future.

Stepped up and made it happen.  Clean job

I called approx 10:00 am and he stated he would make it over after lunch time. He called 12:15 to confirm location and came right over. It took about 15-20 min to fish the plastic piece through to the other side. He said it was in there good. He went ahead and adjusted my water level too, he said it was too low. He was very friendly and professional. He was sure to shake my hand and was sweet to my toddler. My toilet works great.

It went well.  I will call them again if the need arises.  They called back and came and did what was needed.

The plummer came in was very nice and professional. I explained what the problem was andhHe went right to work. He let me know that the guys who set up my washing machine from BestBuy, did not set it up correctly. Instead of them putting the hose into the pipe so the water could run out like it is suppose to, they only stuck the hose on top of it, which meant all the water was filling up behind my walls, and that is what caused the water to flow into my bathroom and into my sons room as well. I will use this service again.
