She's very warm and very welcoming. I called ERA and she answered the phone. That's how I got her. She's very knowledgeable about where we were moving and the surrounding areas. We didn't know where we wanted to live, and she told us about different areas. She helped me nail down what exactly I was looking for. She showed us so many houses. Even if I found something myself and told her I wanted to go look at her, she was immediately responsive. She always had time for me. She was never too busy. One time, her whole family was going to a lake on the weekend and she didn't go so she could show me a house. I tried to get her not to, but she was very dedicated. She really looked out for us. She began a really good source. I can call her and ask her advice about different things around Sumter. She's really nice. My two children, three and six years old, would just run to her and give her a big hug every time we saw her. She gave me advice on different churches and different things I can do for the kids. She's just really helpful all the way around. She was really, really good and worked overtime for us. Even now, she'll call me just to see how I'm doing. She gave me a housewarming gift the day I closed on my house. I was amazed. She was great.
