They were prompt in contacting me, but not much help after that. If you need a plumber, the issue is more than likely in imminent need of fixing. They coudnt come on a Monday. So, I had to wait until Tuesday for their arrival. they did not tell my insurance company they did not have the equipment to fix the issue for over 24 hours later. At this point I am 48 hours into my plumbing issue. By the time, I could get someone else out there, it was 3 days. They needed to be honest up front, and not delay a family in need of plumbing.

I used my home warranty to fix 2 leaking toilets. The repair man came out promptly to fix the problem. The repairman used a tool to turn off the water main in order to work on the leaks. Once the repairman was done, he used the tool to turn on the water main and broke a water main pipe then left. I didn’t know the water pipe was broken until the water company emailed me to let me know that I had a major leak. When I opened my water main it was filled with water. I called the company to tell them so they could come back out to fix the pipe that their repairman broke. The person in the office said that it wasn’t their fault and we would have to pay to get the broken pipe fixed. I already paid my deductible plus an additional $600 to get another company to fix the water main. I would never select this company to fix a dripping faucet. ANYONE, using this company please beware!!!

I woke up 3:30 Friday morning to a flooded bathroom. After calling several other companies who could not help, a friend gave me the number for "Chris the Awesome Plumber". I called Chris and not only did he answer the phone, but he gave me a time later on that same day. He called to let me know they were on the way. He and his apprentice were friendly, professional, and worked quietly and quickly. They had it all done in around 45 minutes and the cost was very reasonable. I am so happy my friend had written down his number when she saw it!

He arrived a few minutes early. Very professional very courteous and very nice. He asked about our problem and verbally diagnosed it. And went to work. The line was blocked and was not clean after his initial attempt. He continued until our washing machine drained freely. He did not give up until the problem was fixed.

was here with in 5 minutes. Not only is he totally professional...but is the only plumber I will call. Chris and his helper are the best.

Chris was very cordial and professional, he arrived on-time and completed the service in the amount of time that was quoted. I was very pleased with the service and would highly recommend this business for plumbing services.
