Roofing
The workmen did the tar paper and shingles properly, as well as the drip edge. However, they did not do the flashings properly around the chimney and vent pipes; and they did not place the electric vent fan in the roof opening properly. We called the company owner, who did not come to check the roofing work, but sent over his "manager". The manager did try to correct the vent fan (but not completely fixed properly) and did not correct the vent or chimney flashings, stating "done the Carolina way. Apparently, the owner has not taught his crew how to do proper finish work...despite books on the subject!!
