+ -1 moreI was very satisfied with the level of care. I called them during Memorial Day weekend and they came right out. You get a better price, but you have to join a yearly program: like a service club. It is not a bad deal though. It is $150. a year and you get two top to bottom checkups; one in the summer and one in the winter. It also covers one visit, which is free, in case you need something. You also get 15% off any item you purchase over the year. Labor is warrantied for three years if you are part of that club. I think it is a good deal. They are a little higher in price if you do not join the club. I will continue to use the services of Hatfield Heating & Air Conditioning Inc.
