Glass Doctor of Sumter

I set up a quote with Glass Doctor had an appointment set up to measure the windows. They came out on time and were done measuring in about 10-15 minutes and I had a quote about 10 minutes later for both replacement of the panes and the full windows. We decided to just replace the panes at this time. He called when he was on the way, showed up on time, and completed the work very quickly. He cleaned up pretty well and even added extra caulk to some other panes that needed it. He also left an extra pane of glass left over in case  we needed to replace another window at some point. I had a great experience with Glass Doctor. I will definitely use them again when we start replacing the windows.

When I called for a quote, Kathy was very positive and helpful. Since we are fixing up the house, before we move in, we are only available about once a week, she was able to get a quote scheduled promptly. When they came to give the quote, they were quick, professional, and accurate. The quote was completed the same day. After setting up the appointment to have the glass repaired, they were, again, very punctual and professional. They did not leave a mess and even re-caulked some panes that they did not replace. There were very friendly and courteous. The quote was exactly right and they even left me an extra pane they had left over. Very pleased. Will use again when we start replacing windows.
