They were from Angie's List and I was very pleased with them. Some of the old carpet had been ripped off because I had new ceilings put in. They did rip out some carpet and laid carpet striping where it was needed. They were wonderful. They worked around my schedule as I had to reschedule a couple of times because it took time to do the ceilings. They had a couple of delays with getting the carpet in but they were very good about getting me involved. They were here when they said they were going to be here and just did a quality job. They were fantastic and I would recommend them to anybody. It wasn't the most expensive but was not cheap carpet. It wasn't their fault though there was a delay as it was from the distributor. They were very good about keeping me informed.

The final product is beautiful. He installed both in one day and the quality is superb. The concern was that when I went in the store they said it would take 2 days after ordering and it took 9. They they said they would arrive at 9 AM and it was after 10:30. But the rooms are wonderful so I would put up with their punctuality problem again.
