I called on Friday afternoon and left a message. He returned my call within the hour and set up an appointment for first thing Saturday. He spent about two hours with various tools and gadgets to get the right pitch and correct a grounding issue on the low end. Even with the additional work, he only charged the amount estimated on the phone. My son checked the work with his iphone, yes, there is an app for that, and it was spot on. We are very happy with the results.
