Whack'em & Stack'em Tree Service

Whack em and Stack em was very quick in calling us back when we called inquiring about their services. They were competitive with their pricing: and better priced than most tree services. The estimator, Bert, came out twice for an estimate and was always on time, very punctual. The crew that removed the tree was punctual as well. They quickly, efficiently, and safely removed the Water Oak tree in our backyard that was in a tight spot...close to our house, backyard fence, other trees, bird feeders and plants. They dropped the tree on a dime. We will use Whack em and Stack em again for any tree service needs in the future.

They really outdid themselves. Weather interfered with the scheduling but they accommodated us. The one grinding the stump had to come another day and actually included some that were not on the quote. They went above and beyond, took their time, did a thorough job. Told us what had caused the tree to die. The cost was reasonable. They removed one tree that had already fallen, and cut down three other trees for under $4000.

Only good thing I can say is they cut down the 2 trees without harming any neighbor or our property. Not only did they leave the grindings from the trees they ground but they raked it over my nice new landscaping. The little debris that went into the neighbors yard, that the supervisor said he would get for me after I opened their gate was left and my husband & I had to go get it. What is really sad and embarrassing to me personally is that the HOA saw that I was using this company and hired them to do some work in the common areas and they have caused a lot of damage leaving deep ruts in the ground because they do not know how to properly use plywood. The proposal for the work specifically stated that neighbor yard was to be protected, Results of their labor was to be hauled away. Finally either the owner or his assistant would be here initially on the day of the work to see that the workers knew what was expected. That did not happen or perhaps the job would have been done to my satisfaction.

They were on time and very professional and efficient. The only issue I had was that some of the surface roots were not removed. However, they did return to take care of that. I do have another tree that will need to be removed in the future and I will definitely request their service again.
