They came highly recommended, and they did not disappoint us.

The veterinarian is name Jan. We have went here since we moved into the town. We have long standing relationships. They are attentive to whatever our cats needs are. Empathetic, compassionate. We had an cat put down a couple years ago, and we all cried. We had Nicholas for seventeen years, and he was an incredible cat. He would sit with you, and he weighed fourteen pounds, he filled up your lap. Dr. Jan was so empathetic, he was in a lot of pain, and even though you can't experience it, he was in a lot of pain. My wife and I think they need some fresh counter help, but this will not effect the vet.

How does it ever go when you lose someone either two or four legged. Of course we were heartbroken. After your children are grown your pet becomes a lot closer to you. When the time came to put our dog down, Dr, Jan had us come in early so we could have some privacy as we said goodbye and didn't have to go through a waiting room of people . The cremation company was outside waiting for us to leave. I'll never forget the kindness she showed us to help us go through as little pain as possible. I wish my human doctors were as considerate. I would tell a friend that the prices are good. My pets love them. They love the dogs. They take good care of them. They know what they are doing. I would continue using them and I always recommend them.

No greeting from the receptionist(obviously did not want to be there)Waited approx. 10 min - no problem - ushered into examination room - doctor arrived quickly - she asked two questions (flea meds/heartworm meds) and administered the shot and left. No introduction( Hi-I'm doctor so/so-how are you?) no interaction with client, no interest in pet or owner- justand quot; pay at the front deskand quot;. Guess I didn't spend enough money to warrant that human touch. Usually doctors are much more proficient at feigning interest in their clients/patients-not so in this encounter.

Their hotel service is like super-duper. The dogs are treated better than humans. They just treat them super-duper. I think over Thanksgiving, he even made turkey for all call in his desk. They treat them so good and it's not highly priced and it's very clean. You can't even tell dogs were in there.

The facility was extremely clean. It was also nice that there is a separate entrance for cat owners and dog owners. The staff was extremely professional. They also have really good prices on pet meds.

Very satisfied with the visit and will continue to take my pet to this location.

Both of the vets are excellent! Their prices were always more than reasonable.

I would recommend them. They are excellent. I am a dog groomer and I used to work on their pet grooming side which is separate. They are very good. I've used them for 5 years. I was a customer before I worked for them and I am still a customer. The exam went well just like it always does. Dr. Glen Haines is excellent. He does really good work. I will absolutely continue to use them.

I recently moved to the area and needed more Heartgard for my dog. She only had 1 chewable left. I found a few vets on Angie's List and Westbury had excellent reviews, so I decided to go there. From the first moment you drive up and see the building, it didn't look like a "hole in the wall" establishment. They looked professional. So I was happy I chose them. We went inside and spoke to the people behind the counter. We didn't have an appt - we never needed an appt where we were from so it never occurred to me to call ahead. Anyway, they were very nice about it, although I did have to wait until the appts were seen first. I was lucky that I only had to wait about 1/2 hour. Whatever I mentioned that I thought might have been a problem with her, they checked it, and were very thorough. The vet tech and vet were professional and caring and took their time with her, making her feel as comfortable as possible.They explained a problem they found with her heart, which I was never aware of.

I have two very spoiled beagles and I take them there for nail clipping and that sort of stuff. The last time my husband took them in to have their nails done they did a semi check up on them because when I had taken one of my other dogs in to get her nails done they detected that she had cancer and she died from it. They are really good and in fact when I went in with my new puppy, all the techs came out to see her, gave me a big hug and said that they were glad that I got her and that they hoped I didn't miss my other dog too much, because they knew that my heart had been broken when the other dog died. I will continue taking my dogs to them in the future.

I would highly recommend them.

They are awesome people. I have no idea if their prices are competitive or not, I have to assume they are. It is our dog and they take good care of her, which is all that matters to me. I think it is a fair value. The quality of their service is definitely excellent.
