They were very good and on time.

Now that I have experienced their professionalism and service, I would call them again, without even bothering to check with anyone else. As a very thorough person --- OK, I'm an engineer, get over it --- I contacted many prospective service providers for my rodent problem. Some that I contacted were much more expensive, because they tried to way more than was needed. Another might have been less expensive, but that proposal left much work undone. Truly Nolen offered the exact right scope of service at a very fair price.

A year and a half after I started initial treatment, I actually had termites. They didn't want to repair the termite damage at all. They didn't want to deal with it. It was kind of like, "Oh well, sorry for you." So I had to repair all the damage myself. You have to read the fine print, because they don't cover certain things. One side of the house is more likely to have moisture, more likely to have termites and is just not covered. I didn't read that in the fine print. I hate that company now.

Excellent people to work with.  Received a thorough explanation regarding the process of treating my home for termite protection.  After the inspection process, Truly Nolen would only offer the "re-service" bond/warranty (and not the "repair" bond/warranty)  but did suggest a series of steps that I may take to decrease moisture levels in my crawl space, and then potentially receive the repair bond.  The crew that came to do the actual drilling of my crawl space piers and application of the termiticide were friendly, respectful, and very comprehensive with the work.
No one has ever answered the phone when I call them, so I just leave a voicemail, but they do call back promptly.
Their price was higher than another prominent termite company, but the other company was disrespectful towards my old little home and literally laughed when I asked about the possibility of a repair warranty.

5 years into our bond, we saw termites outside, very near the house.  Called them, they came out and inspected, said they saw nothing, all was good.  The annual bill came one month later.  I called to see if they still needed to come out since they were just here, they said yes.  
I sent in the check, they normally call to schedule an inspection date once they receive payment.  3 weeks go by, I hear nothing, so I call.  I was told they never received my check.  Called bank, cancelled check, sent a new one. 
3 weeks later, still no call.  I called again, they said they didn't receive my payment. Told them one check could be misdirected, not two!  Said they would look into it and get back to me. One week later, they returned my check to me along with a cancellation notice.  Said they cancelled my bond due to late payment.
Got another company out, and yep, huge infestation of termites.
They cancelled me because they found termites, not because my check was late! DO NOT use this company!!!

I was on my 2nd year of my termite bond and had recently renewed it.  I called them because I found what I believed where termites.  The first call produced nothing. I was told they were probably "swarmers" and I should look for a place where they would come in and out of the wall.  I did this, found what I believed was the hole and found more termites.  I called them again and they sent someone out.  He looked all over and couldn't find them; however, informed me I had a leak under the house.  I called a plumber the very next day and had it repaired.  About two or three days later I received a letter from them stating they had CANCELLED my bond because I had a leak and needed a new roof!!!! They had just recently inspected my home renewed my bond!!!!  I called and told them I had the leak repaired the very next day and had 3 roofing companies coming to give estimates for a new roof!  I feel as though they should have informed me of the problems and given me a time frame in which to get the issues taken care of. I will NEVER use them again, nor would I recommend them to anyone!!!!  Now I need to pay for ANOTHER termite bond!

I used Them a couple of months. We have a quarterly contract with them. They always seemed to be right there on time. If they were always there, and there's no bugs.

The technicians were pretty responsive to our calls but it took several trips to spray our lawn and kill the insects.  They also seemed in a hurry to get the job done.

I have had Econobug as our pest control company ever since we moved to the South and needed one.  They have always been courteous and helpful, on-time and professional.  The owner has even come out to my house on a couple of occasions to check on how things are going.
Recently I have had mud-daubers in my house and swarming my front porch, so much so my children will not even use the front door any more because they are so frightened.  I called Econobug and even though most companies do not cover flying insects (they do not either really), they still came out on a free service call (I have a quarterly contract so in-between calls are free of charge) to see what they could do.
Rich came out immediately after I called (seriously within an hour of the office opening) and inspected the inside and outside of my house.  My attic is easily accessible by a door so he went in and found dozens of nests above my front porch.  He had to walk carefully on beams as there is no flooring in the attic. While he balanced on the beams he destroyed all the nests with a broom handle and sprayed chemicals over the area to prevent the adults from trying again.
He killed the nests with the babies and some adults.  He literally saved the day and made my week!  I am so happy with my service!  As long as service is like this I will never leave Econobug!
On a regular basis John treats my home for "Palmetto bugs,' ants & other things, he is consistently on time, very helpful, and such a pleasure to see.  The service provided by John is excellent.
Alan provides our Termite bonds and he is just as fantastic as the other reps that come out, he does a thorough job and I feel secure knowing that I do not have to worry about termites.

I like the company, and I have always used them. They send me a little note before they come, giving the date and time that they are going to be here, and I think that’s great.

He is always very friendly every time he has been here. He is very polite and always on time.

I didn't find them on Angie's List.  I had the quarterly pest control that I cancelled after September of last year.  I spent $75.00 each time and it was basically for preventative spraying.  I would not use them again in the future.  I had to call them back too many times for what I thought they should have gotten done the first time.  I used them for two or more years and it was basically the same every year.  I would tell them I needed a callback and they would say that I had to wait a week for them to come back because sometimes the chemicals wouldn't work in less than a week.  In a week it still didn't work so I had to call them back several times.  I have cancelled the pest control service, but I still have my termite bond.  The guy who does the termites is very good.  It was the pest control that I had a problem with.

They didn’t do a complete inspection when they first came to put the termite bond.  Now they are doing fine and I have no complaints with them at all.  The workers are very good.  They are very friendly and do a very good job.  I don’t see any termite problem.  They are good and I would recommend them.  They are very responsive.

Their price is expensive and I am not happy with him on that. They get the job done. I will be using them till I find another cheaper contractor.

Went well. Home was originally treated over a year ago and is still termite free(according to latest inspection done by EconoBug). Technician did drill into water pipe under slab which is almost unavoidable when treating a home built on a slab. Plumbers were called and leak was repaired within a couple of hours at no cost to me.

They were on time, came out and treated the townhouse for termites. explained to me about the bond. They were nice.

The technician was on time, friendly, fast and thorough. I signed up for the quarterly service ($75/quarter), and I feel that I have gotten my money's worth in terms of peace of mind.
