The quality of work was good. The time that it took for them to do the work was a little longer than expected.

They performed job well, however they did not complete all required work. Had to call them back out twice to finish work. When i had questions about progress i would call or text and would not receive a call back until days later.

The install went well. It was their first hybrid, so a few runs to the hardware store for fittings, but other than that went very well.

We were kept up to date on when they needed the water off to work, it was on the rest of the time. Jason the supervisor came to oversee and check the work half way through.

We will use TCC again.

These people were punctual. professional, and timely in every instance. I am elderly so they were kind and thoughtful and I have absolutely no complaints and would recommend them to anyone. They even fixed door knobs that were loose and are just really people oriented in every way. They are sorely missed, let me tell you.

Work was done well, but we did not agree on the final price

Throughout the procedure the company was responsive, professional and did an excellent job.

The damage under the house was to the joists and flooring and alot of this had to e replaced in both

baths, 1 bedroom, kitchen and living room. This company had very professional workers who were always on time and thorough in all that they did.

Prompt and professional quote followed by good communication and execution of the work. Follow up to correct minor oversights was timely and complete. Good guys to work with.

Overall the project went very well. The crew was very polite and kept the job-site clean. The quality of the work was very good. Although I noticed a couple of roofing nails used on the fascia board instead of finish nails, I was generally pleased with the workmanship, and would hire this company again. A call to the company 3 months later for a minor project related re-work issue was dealt with promptly.

They showed up on time. They did what they promised us that they would do. They kept us informed. If there were any problems they came over and gave us alternatives to solve the problems. They cleaned up after themselves. Their employees who came to work for us were very easy to work with. Their prices was reasonable. I would use their services in the future also.

It was a really good experience. They were very prompt and they were real casual which really fit me. They came over and looked and said they could do the work. We set a date and I showed up. They said it would take two days to do the work and they actually got it done in one day, which was nice.

Everything was excellent. They did everything that I wanted, and I would absolutely use them again.

They did such a great job at the office, that I have decided to have them come to the house and do some repairs. I believe the price they offered me for the house is average. They came when they said they would. He was also very quick to get an estimate to me for the house and is starting the work in two business days.
