Had the best experience with a contractor imaginable. He put everything in detailed writing. Material cost and then labor.
Performed excellent word. Repaired and replaced all the bad boxing and trim on the house and separate garage. Caulked every seam, countersunk every nail and puttied over so you couldn't see the nails at all. He put a moisture barrier under the house after cleaning and raking out the area. Repaired and refinished both front and back porches (the front was very large). Cleaned and repaired the extensive damage done on the house and garage. Both cedar siding. prepared everything for painting. Caulked every joint and painted everything. He used only the best material, and the best paint. He was very polite, asked for nothing, spent no time
on the cell phone, worked every minute he was on the job. After spending 70+ years on this planet and taking in all the horror stories from friends and acquaintances, I was astonished at this man and his work ethic, to say nothing about his honesty. There is no exaggeration in this recommendation. He did more than what was required without and add- ons.
