Lawn Tool Repair
After driving by their old location on Boone Hall Road for years, I finally decided to drop in and check out their mowers. I am mowing about 6 acres, and my old mower was so slow there had to be a better way. I first met Marshall, who directed me over to the zero turn mowers. He was showing me several options, and then introduced me to his son, Brad. We discussed my "need for speed" and a great cut for a couple of hours. We narrowed it down to the SCAG line of power equipment, made in the USA, and built like a tank. It also addressed my need to cut down on the 4.5 hours I spent mowing just part of my yard. During the summer, it was killing my day. Brad offered a test drive, but I declined since I'd never driven a zero turn mower. Took his brochures home and mulled it over. A few days later, settled on my new baby. The young gentleman (and I do mean "gentleman"!) that delivered it was extremely polite, very patiently going over all the controls and instructions. I think he was almost as excited as I was when I took my first swipe down the lawn! This business is as "Mayberry" as you'll ever find. Peppered with plenty of Southern manners, no pressure and sheer desire to help, I am a forever customer.

Lawn Tool Repair
They had to clean the carburetor . MY ariens riding lawn mower that I bought just about a year ago was powering up and down.
They said they had to order carburetor kit. They had my lawnmower mover for close to a month. They do a good job
of fixing but one should not have to wait as long for repair to be done. Previously they had my murray lawnmower for the gas tank was leaking and it took over 3 months. Then they had the murray lawnmower for belt and assembly issues. Again they do
a good job but that time they had it for close to 3 weeks.
In all these 3 incidents the excuse I got was they were waiting for parts(backorder). I think they need to improve on where they get their parts and be more timely in getting the job done.
