ROOF MEISTER

Roof Meister completed my roof repair during this month, and the company is outstanding. I would definitely recommend. Jim who is the owner met with me to discuss a price quote, one thing I can attest to is that Jim did not talk negative about any other local roofing company when I told him I was going to get 2 more quotes. The other 2 roofing companies was at least $1,500 to $2,500 more than Roof Meister quote. My home is two story, and 2240 square feet. When I met with Jim he required 60% down and the materials was delivered on the day promised. The other 40% was paid once I was satisfied with the final product. What I like about this company is the option to have the shingles loaded on your roof vice left in the driveway. I informed Jim that we did not want our plants damaged, and he obliged. The trailer for debris was parked in my driveway, and the installers did not damage our plants or home at all. I would definitely recommend this company for any roof replacement as they are outstanding. The employees are very courteous also.

Everything from start to finish was top notch. The bid was the same as what I paid on the final price. They took great care to protect my lawn and deck and porch while they were taking the roof off. Everything was done to 100% satisfaction. I highly recommend this company to everyone.

Great job all around. The 30+ year old house had some of its eaves with a little curve (they weren't completely flat anymore) but instead of just nailing up replacements boards the Roofmeister actually ripped the new boards to the shape of those curves. The result is that their workmanship made the roof and eaves look flatter than they were. They painted by hand so that was done very well, also. They also added an extra vertical support on our patio with very little extra cost. In addition, their estimate was about 1/3 of what an Angie's List carpenter had estimated . . . and they did the work very professionally for exactly what their estimate was. I should add that in 2004 they installed a new roof on our house of architectural shingles that were supposed to withstand hurricane winds . . . this was not tested until Hurricane Matthew in 2016 when that once-new roof was now over 12 years old. And we didn't loose a shingle even when the next door neighbors lose two trees.

Started on time. Finished on time. Final cost as bid. I have a couple of minor issues. So minor, i did not contact them to resolve. For me, this is extraordinary as i am usually quite vocal. Roof was done last Christmas 2015. Roof withstood hurricane Matthew with NO issues.

We were in the process of selling our rental home and needed the existing roof to be replaced. We left a message on Roofmeister's cell phone and Jim Morian returned our call within a few hours. I explained what we needed done and he went over to the house the next day and provided a written estimate electronically the same day. The work was started within a few days and completed in 2 days. Jim also forwarded pictures of the work in progress and after completion of the work. The roof debris was completely cleaned up.

Prior to speaking with Jim we had obtained estimates from 3 other roofing companies, two of the bids were higher than Roofmeister's . One of the estimates was for less, but I was not able to determine if the company was licensed in the state of South Carolina or locate it on the intranet.

Roofmeister was very professional and we were very pleased with the work. We would highly recommend the company.

Workmanship was excellent and done in a very timely fashion. Pricing was very reasonable. Professional and courteous. Would recommend his work to anyone who would ask me.
