We were looking for investment property. He was patient, asked us questions to get a feel for what we were looking for. We asked questions and if he didn't have an answer, he would go get an answer and call us back. He was the most patient person I have ever worked with. He knows the market backwards and forward. He is VERY knowledgeable and has first hand experience with investment properties. He also referred us to contractors that were super that we might not have ever been able to find. Getting good people to do work is really tough even if they are on Angie's list. Often they are too busy to come out...We had a wonderful experience when we bought the property and a great experience when we sold the property. Randy was a dream to work with. For ANY real estate needs I would highly recommend him.

I am not sure how we found him but we looked for a long time to find a house to flip. He tirelessly worked with us until we found a great property. He then sold the property for us in a matter of days. He is one of Carolina One's finest and works out of the summerville office (contact info provided)
