+ -1 moreCovenants were checked twice in 7 months and reminder letters were aggressive instead of friendly. Secretarial staff was unprofessional in emails and took to making it feel as if she was throwing tantrums rather than keeping a calm tone. Office was understaffed and unable to keep up with the contract requirements and finally they had to cancel the contract due to their inability to do as promised.
Description of Work: Provider promised covenant checks with photographs, keeping up with all information and keeping our neighborhood apprised on a monthly basis along with checking the mailbox and keeping our board advised.
