Covenants were checked twice in 7 months and reminder letters were aggressive instead of friendly. Secretarial staff was unprofessional in emails and took to making it feel as if she was throwing tantrums rather than keeping a calm tone. Office was understaffed and unable to keep up with the contract requirements and finally they had to cancel the contract due to their inability to do as promised.
