Follow up

He is a great guy and a great doctor. He is very thorough and does not waste your time. If my appointment is at 8 o’clock, I get in at 8 o’clock and he is usually in within 15 minutes. I will continue to use him.

I only see my doctor there a couple of times a year. I like everything about going there. If I have a 9:00 appointment with them, I am in the examination room at 9:00 and the doctor is there not later than 9:05. I am seen right away and he reads my chart and all that kind of stuff early that morning before I get there so he knows exactly what is going on. If I have to have some kind of blood work done or whatever, I can go in a couple of days ahead of time without an appointment. My blood is drawn and the laboratory work is all ready for him whenever he comes in. So, if I have a 9:00 appointment, I am usually out of there by 9:30 or 9:45. If you just have a routine visit with them, you may have to wait for two or three weeks for an appointment but if you are sick, you can be seen either that day or the next. I would absolutely continue to go to them. In fact, I have an appointment there again in December I think.

He is very knowledgeable.  He is really good.  I have been going to him for a long time.  He helps anyway he can.  The staff treats me very well.

The entire appointment went very well, as it always does. Dr. Bolster always listens to what I have to say and asks questions. He is thorough. In this particular visit, he examined me and scheduled me to have a CT Scan of my lower spine and hip to make sure I had not fractured anything. We both decided it would be necessary for me to see my neurosurgeon. That and my CT Scan were scheduled before I left the office.

Dr. Bolster has been my primary doctor for approximately 15 years. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a doctor.

He was very careing and attentive

Dr. Grossman is a very good diagnostician. He runs on time and has a good office staff. I would tell others that he gets to the core of my questions and resolves them.

He is very thorough. He is caring and listens to his patients. He doesn't cut you off. You can ask questions, and he's very easy to talk to. He takes time with you.

He took me in there and ordered various tests. It did cost me a lot and I kept paying and paying. I had a stomach problem and the insurance company wanted a letter from my doctor for the exam. I have asked my doctor?s office for the letter and they said that they couldn?t get the letter. They asked me to arrange it myself. They gave me 7 pills, one for a day. They asked me to call them to tell how I felt once I was out of medication. I was in pain and I couldn?t eat. I got a discharge notice from Dr. Grossman. He was not ready to treat me and never gave me a reason. The other doctors to whom I spoke about this told me that he is an idiot. He had taken my records and destroyed them. He called the local pharmacy and told them that he was no longer my doctor. I had a prescription for a nasal problem for allergy. They refused to fill it as he had canceled it. He was available and punctual as he did no have many patients. On Mondays they would schedule all the old people for various tests. He had his own x-ray equipment in the building. They finally got my letter ready, but I never went there to pick it up. He was a dictator and did not communicate.
