Went great! This light had not worked for several years. They were able to troubleshoot the problem and fix it. Quick, easy and done right. Let there be light!!!!!

Mr. Payne is very diligent and knowledgeable. He worked very hard under adverse conditions to solve my problem when I think others might have given up. 100% pleased with the job he did.

Mr. Payne did an excellent job diagnosing and repairing the electric outlet issues I was having in my house. I called on a Wednesday afternoon and had an appointment booked for Thursday morning. Mr. Payne arrived at my house at the appointed time. He listened to our concerns and went to diagnosing the problem. His work was methodical eliminating possible causes of the problems. Once he diagnosed the issue, he immediately began work to correct the issue. The bill for his services was extremely reasonable for the time he spent at my house. I will Payne's Electric for all my future electrical needs.

I called Michael on 9/3/2015 because my hot water heater had broken, and I desperately needed an electrician the next day. I had already called five other electricians, two of which could not fit me into their schedule. Michael came out to my house that evening to assess the work and told me he could be back the following morning to perform the job. 
He and his assistant arrived around 9:15 and went straight to work. They used my back door and worked quickly and quietly. Michael had told me the job would take approximately two hours, and he was right. Around 11:15 a.m., Michael knocked to let me know they w done. He walked me through the job to let me know where everything was in case the plumber needed to know. 
All in all, it was a smooth, easy experience, and I would definitely hire Michael again!

He was very professional and came the same day as we called as it was causing out refrigerator to stop running. His price was very reasonable and we were very grateful he came so quickly.
