They were in business for 15 years and very reliable, and then they blew it. They never got any of the permits. The inspector came by and saw that they were working, and stopped the work until they got all the permits. It was a bad concrete pour, we now have cracks. There are leaks in the roof. Everything went wrong. It took them a year to complete the project.

The cost of the doors were included in the price. They did a good job.
